Payment and bookings
A 50% deposit or your credit card details are required to secure the booking. For accommodation bookings of 7 days or more attracts a discretional discount. All payments can be arranged by calling The Stumps on (m) (+61) 0439 889 513. Electronic funds transfer or payments by VISA and MasterCard can be arranged.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometime things change. If you need to cancel your booking for genuine reasons we refund your deposit in full with the exception of short notice cancelations (less than 48 hours). For all other cancelations, the following cancelations policy has been adopted. Cancellations of bookings 21 - 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a 10% administration fee of the quoted/confirmed tariff of the booking. Cancellations made to bookings 14 - 7 days prior to arrival date may incur a 50% administration fee. Cancelations of 7 days or less prior to arrival incur a 100% administration fee.
Rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Accommodation must always be paid in full immediately upon arrival. We accept cash, and credit cards (Visa and Master Card). We do not accept personal cheques, Dinners and American Express cards.
